The fire pit can be cozy for 2 people, but can also cater to a group. This makes it an excellent choice for entertaining guests, and having small parties in your backyard, or on your deck.
What is it made of?
The Landmann Fire Pit is very solid and of good quality. It is well constructed and made from sturdy steel. It is also wood burning, creating that classic wood burning feeling and smell.
How does it look?
As well as having a gorgeous rustic look, it also has attractive cutouts of little stars and moons, creating a beautiful mood at night. When it is all lit up, in the midst of darkness, it looks absolutely delightful. The 360” degree view of the fire makes it visually breathtaking.
What are the measurements?
The Landmann USA 28905 is one of the largest outdoor fire pits around, that can be covered. It measures at 40 x 40 x 23 inches, consisting of an enormous 40” diameter, deep bowl, and 962 square inches of burn surface. The impressive size allows for 40% more burn, and more warmth than smaller Landmann Sky models.
You can use a weather cover to keep it dry and clean when not in use. A good one is the Veranda Fire Pit Cover, Large, Round. This is a well made cover and large enough to fit well with the Super Sky Fire Pit.
Does it come with anything else?
A full cover black spark guard is included, as well as a poker. The spark guard allows you to sit up close if you want to, without worrying about sparks.
The Super Sky Fire Pit is also super easy to assemble, and easy to move around, as it has a large full diameter handle.

Have there been any complaints from customers?
Most reviews for this fire pit have been full of praise. Although one or two customers wished it included a grill. If you are after one with a grill, I can point you to the Landmann Big Sky Stars & Moons Fire Pit, Georgia Clay. It is a good quality fire pit, which also includes a cooking grate. However it is a lot smaller than the one we are reviewing here. So you need to choose whether you want a big or small fire pit, how much room do you have, and how large do you want your fires to be.
